The hotel is beautiful. The room was absolutely spotless. All are decorated to an extremely high standard. The customer service from the staff was flawless. They are all wonderful & friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble.

The hotel has a fantastic location, and the room looked just like the photos. The staff was amazing, especially Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, who was very supportive during my late-night check-in. He even called the restaurant to arrange my missed dinner after hours because of my late flight. Breakfast was delicious, and I found the menu for dinner to be much better than the buffet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will come back!

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms with all facilities that you would expect from Hilton. Staff very friendly and obliging. Salma in particular was very nice. The Cigar Bar was reasonably priced for beer, though more expensive than the few local bars, which is to be expected.

We stayed for two nights in the property. Despite having a lower Hilton Status within the loyalty program, we were allocated a room better than the one we had booked. It made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were excellent and Happy Hour at the Cigar Bar kept us coming back for more! We were also permitted to make use of the Hotel facilities after checkout (as our train was later in the afternoon). In all, an excellent experience.
